    Skill issue, also who spilled the SP2 update that turns the Kraken Island into the Kerbal Space Version? like ik Jundroo likes space games but keep that stuff out of SP.

    my guess, you messed with DragScale or MassScale.. however, one thing I like to do(beside LiftScale, i never turn it up more than 4, most of the times 2 is enough for me) is basically if you follow a blueprint, scale the wing to 0.5,0.5,0.5 first, then enlarge it as you would a normal wing.. makes anything flies like a dream typically...

    Probably too much lift. Per the weight. I have made planes go Mach 10 just cause of how much lift they have.
