the R-3R have a new config in range, speed manuevability and explosion scale
max MSSL Speed: 1.7Mach (low altitude max speed, 2.5M at high altitude)
Explosion Radius: 15m (the standard area is 20m per scale)
Manuevability: is hard to calibrate this but the Max G is around 10G, so i put a max turn rate of 15, but with a low response (5), when the improved R-3M has a Turn Rate between 30-35°/sec
