Blended Wing plane

This is just a big wing and some kind of cockpit. It flies really fast and can make sharp turns. Its stall speed is around 120 MPH. Can somebody explain why I needed to reverse the elevators?

As its a delta wing, elevating is inverted due to there being no lift suefaces (wings) up front, meaning that to pitch up, the elevator points downwards insted of upwards in a conventional aircraft such as the F86 Sabre. At least thats my theory.
