The Boeing Sonic Cruiser is a high-speed commercial airliner concept proposed by Boeing in 2001. The target cruise speed is Mach 0.95, close to the speed of sound, and is designed to shorten flight time. The design uses a unique forward-swept wing and tail design to reduce drag and improve efficiency. This model is expected to carry 200 to 250 passengers and is mainly targeted at long-haul routes. However, as fuel prices rose and airlines paid more attention to fuel efficiency, the development plan for the sonic cruiser was abandoned in 2002, and Boeing turned to the development of a more energy-efficient Boeing 787 Dreamliner to meet market demand for high efficiency.

Taiwanese airlines appropriation
within 2 seconds in china, a new chinese supersonic airliner, Dingchongdong DCD-11, is revealed, being strangely similar to the Boeing Sonic Cruiser.
@TTL I disagree. I'd say Fictional should be for things never intended to be built.
@ComradeSandman if it wasn’t built, then it should be considered fictional.
I’d love to edit this plane, but I my phone couldn’t take it
Pov : the Chinese temu concorde
Hot
Though I don't think this should be tagged Fictional as it was a real concept
@DeezDucks ok 👍
I’d like if your planes flies a bit more realistically than they do because a 777-300 taking off at 90 knots is unrealistic for a plane of that size…
