KH-AH14-2 Dakota
A soon-to-be-released upgrade to the Dakota attack helicopter, and one which fixes many problems in it's predecessor. For example:
- The cockpit visibility has increased, allowing the pilot to view down and to the front of the aircraft
- The maneuvering has been made easier, with AG4 binding the tail rotor yaw to the Roll control.
* Note that yaw can still be controlled independently in this mode, however this is done through the built-in gyroscope, not the tail rotor.
- The cockpit view, along with the minigun and rocket pods, has been pitched 15° downwards, to ease aiming towards targets.
* Because of this, it is recommended to depend more on the artificial horizon, rather than solely flying by eye.
- Night Vision was modified to make it less intrusive, as well as more even and spread out.
- Cockpit view has been much improved, with many indicators now having symbols describing their function. Also a really cool throttle indicator.
- BTW the minigun can yaw left and right 1° using Yaw.
Controls:
AG1 - Arm flares
AG2 - Arm chaff
AG3 - Night Vision
AG4 - Coordinated turning
AG5 - Eject armament (DO NOT USE WHILE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO GROUND)
AG7 - Ejector seat
AG6 - Parachute (Use one second after AG7)
AG8 - prolly does something too
- ~87% throttle, and trim up a tiny bit, for mostly steady altitude;
- 77-85% throttle, and neutral trim for descent;
- 90-95% MAX plus trim up a small amount for climb/takeoff;
- 100% throttle plus trim up 50% for high speed.

@BaconRoll Yeah, its more for function really but I might
Looks well crispy, a bit more detail and you're good to go
I would add more detail, especially up front on the canopy, but it looks very good nonetheless. @KingHandspider
@Strikefighter04 Also, is there anything else that you think would improve it?
@Strikefighter04 'tis quite a bit better, innit? I'm going to make a flight tutorial video soon
Oh wow, this is very great!
