SAH-A6 "Crocodile" Attack Gunship

13.6k PyrusEnderhunter  7.1 years ago
Auto Credit Based on PyrusEnderhunter's Attack Gunship (beta)

"My reaction? Utter disbelief. Simply a beauty. She is one of the fastest, yet most heavily armed choppers I've seen. Very reliable machine. Truly fun to fly." -Anoynomous Helicopter Pilot

The SAH-A6 Crocodile is the latest vehicle to enter the CAF arsenal. It is simply a technological marvel. It has participated in many counter-terrorism operations, although not in many conventional conflicts yet. The very first versions, in 2020, were equipped with normal weapons very similar to today. However in the 2060s-2100s, it would get a number of upgrades to keep with the times. It has a maximum carrying capacity of 15 fully armed troops with power armor, along with an extra ton of cargo holding capacity.

Standard Armament:
30 mm auto cannon
8 G-RICK Air-Ground missiles
2 S.P.A.M cluster rocket launchers
.30-06 ALEK MG in crew holding area (not included in build)

Top speed: 225 MPH

Controls:
Throttle+VTOL+15 second wait: Fly
AG-1: Booster
AG-2+TRIM: Autocannon
AG-3+TRIM-DOWN: Doors
AG-4: Activate cluster rocket pods
LANDING-GEAR: Open/Close landing gear
AG-8: Turn off the helicopter

Enjoy!

@F104Deathtrap I am well aware of the rotor problem, however I cannot fix it due to my lack of XML capabilities. Landing Gear is not really my concern, as long as the craft doesn’t fall over. Also, thank you!

Rotor diameter needs to increase at least 50% Landing gear is also much too small and narrow. That said, this is a very interesting and original design. The hull is very stylish, the tail assembly looks very cool and I love the front canopy.

@Flash0of0green welp, the armament will surely make up for its chubbiness.
