Lockheed YF-22
Lockheed YF-22
The Lockheed/Boeing/General Dynamics YF-22 is an American single-seat, twin-engine fighter aircraft technology demonstrator designed for the United States Air Force (USAF). The design was a finalist in the USAF's Advanced Tactical Fighter competition, and two prototypes were built for the demonstration/validation phase of the competition. The YF-22 won the contest against the Northrop YF-23, and entered production as the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor. The YF-22 has a similar aerodynamic layout and configuration as the F-22, but with differences in the position and design of the cockpit, tail fins and wings, and in internal structural layout.

@421stFighterSquadron oooooooooooh
@Rb2h It does have TVC can't you read the description?
no tvc 🗿
@421stFighterSquadron I stand corrected. This is an excellent build.
@Stingray This plane does have weaponry, activate 3 and select the missile u want. Could u explain in detail what u mean with ''not correctly slanted''? This plane is from the exterior identical to the blueprint.
Mobile Friendly version when?
When will you gonna go back do the NATF-23 project?
@421stFighterSquadron Exactly
@MrCOPTY It's the prototype of the F-22
YF-22 & YF-23 In Formation Flight
This Is Not A Raptor!
@GuyFolk I noticed that as well, however I thought that was just because I ran it on lower quality settings
Fly by wire feel somewhat snappy for some reason.
idk why since the code is similar to my F-22.
This is an amazing plane, I don't mean to try and ask for more from you, just to inform you on the size of the plane. The YF-22 is actually 19.65m in length, and has 13.1m of wingspan. I have no knowledge of the actual height if the plane without landing gear, but with landing gear it is 5.39m in height, this build is actually very detailed and I love your work, if you would like to add the few meters to the size I'd really love it, but I do like the way it is now so you don't have to change it if you feel done with it.
excellent!
Very nice dude. I'm excited for the B-21 Raider.
Left aileron facsimile is working a bit improperly but it's a lovely build, I'm sure you're aware of people's opinions about the cockpit but it's no big deal.
this thing is great smooth surface,but inside the cockpit should be improved
good lawd this is sexy as hell
@BENZAHEER You would need to fly on a higher altitude to reach its real top speed. Air is too dense below 3000 feet to reach supersonic speeds properly.
why this so slow
@ivansheppard853gmail I really wasn't in the mood to finish the cockpit
No HUD. You are seriously lacking here….
Finally, some actual quality stuff. Dunno why but, despite its 700+ parts count, I could fly this thing with little-to-no issues ingame.
Either way, excellent work as always.
Finally
