@CalebRepublic I'll make sure to give you a rough prototype before I assign you the build. That is, if it's a fictional tank.

@MajorSix If you do not give me a model of the thing you want me to build or a drawing of it then it will end up looking like trash

@CalebRepublic Also take to mind that I might give you an assignment to build a fictional tank or plane. I will make sure that it is of the WW2 era, so as to make it easier for you to build.

@CalebRepublic I'd tell you something like, "Hey Caleb, I wan't you to build this tank" and I've give you some details on how I wan't you to build it, and then you'd build it.

@CalebRepublic And honestly, I only require my employees to build my given assignments. If they don't want to build their own ideas for the company, I have no problem with it. you still get your pay.

@CalebRepublic As I said, you can still build under your name. Joining my company will not restrict that.

@CalebRepublic Well, you could make planes for it when ever you feel like it, however every one and a while I might give you an assignment. also, you can continue making vehicles under your name as much as you want.

@CalebRepublic Okay, I thought about it a bit. We are a real GROUP of players who make vehicles under the name of Major Industries, just like Cobradero and Knights of Ren are GROUPS of players who make planes under the name of Cobradero and Knights of Ren. BTW, I pay my employees by giving them one mandatory upvote per day, and for every vehicle they build under the "Major Industries" tag they get one more.
