Mach-Albatross 2.0
Next in the upgrade series, a much-needed reworking of my Mach-Albatross. Believe it or not, the original version was the very first plane I ever made in SimplePlanes. This updated version has much better handling at speed, and is much easier to land and take off. Important warning though, there is a VERY HIGH tendency to spin below 400 mph. Do not attempt extreme maneuvers at those lower speeds. Above 400 mph, the plane performs quite well. The plane takes off and levels itself out automatically with elevator trimmed to 25% down-pitch and throttle at 100%. Landings should be done very straight, with throttle off, and with the aid of the airbrakes. The 6 engines drain fuel pretty quickly, so use a cruising altitude of 22,000 ft for the best mileage.
