LF-17 Hummingbird
Originally made in the mid years of the cold war, the Hummingbird was made in response to what Jack Langley, Lime Air’s then CEO, a maneuverability race. With soviet jets like the Sukhoi flankers and the MiG-29s, the US needed a proper response. The air force had a program for a super-maneuverable fighter that Lime Air did not win, which prompted Lime Air to try and succeed with the Navy’s program, which they ended up doing. The Hummingbird was a small, supermaneuverable, naval, fighter jet that was able to be deployed extremely quickly and defeat incoming threats. Though the plane didnt start out as a multirole fighter, later variants allowed bombs to be mounted to the wings and extra fuselage pylons.

This definitely embodies the idea I had for the challenge the most. I discovered that you can aggressively pitch down and flip the plane over 180, and then roll 180 to correct it. That wins the bonus point award.
