After the Wright Isles and Krakabloa tensions heated up, the Principality of New Bohemia started development of a new combat aircraft that would be used as a support for the Wright Isles in case of a Krakabloan invasion. The BA-11 was developed with a very tight budget, resulting in a light and fairly inexpensive aircraft that can be mass produced very quickly and in large quantities.
The BA-11 is a light, prop driven, medium range ground attack aircraft. It is intended to fight at the defending side, it has been constructed to counter slow moving ground targets like ships, tanks, or anti-aircraft infrastructure, however when required it can be used to fight other light and relatively slow aircraft.
It is intended to be used in groups, a usual group consisting of 1-2 Protectors and couple fighters acting as escort.
