Well in regards to why it is so lightly armed i'm working on iOS. so anything I build can't be overly complicated. Also La Cortes was belt off the coast of Florida. You're probably not familiar with the seascape around Florida there's a lot of coral reefs and sandbars. To make sure not to damage any of the coral reefs or hit any of the sandbars/ Scholes they.. had to make the whole very light adding more armaments this would Way it down more. Improving the chances of hitting reefs and sandbars/ Scholes.
