RJ Blackburn Firethorn 7.6
Introduction
Following on from my F5 FAA build, here we have the RJ-Blackburn Firethorn, a twin engine amalgamation of a Blackburn Firecrest and a Westland Whirlwind with some other bits added for fun.
So the Firecrest was powered by a single Bristol Centaurus radial engine, the Firethorn has two of these engines in nacelles on the wings (in a similar layout to the Bristol Beaufighter) with the fuselage maintaining the Firecrest design. This allowed for a shorter nose to mount armaaments (4no. guns in this case but easily adaptable for alteranative armament).
The extra power along with the enlarged wing allows for a greater external ordinance loadout which enabled it to carry two torpedos while operating from a carrier which had benefits over other aircraft types.
This aircarft was inspired by a sugfgestion from Tang0five, go check out some of his builds.

@MajorSix it's exactly what was shown on the 3view drawing of the blackburn firecrest, it seems in proportion, if anything the main wing us too fat. Thanks though.
