Auto Credit Based on Jundroo's Twin Prop
In 1958, stunned by the jet planes of De Havilland, Boeing, Convair and stuff, Octaver and their small budget decided to build their own jet-powered plane, which was finished in 1963. Hence the year it was put out to buyers, it was named the Octaver OV-63. The original plane was for cargo; the B variant, for passengers, and the C variant (or OV-63/81), developed in 1981, had turbojets instead of turbofans for increased economy. Jt sold very well, with Swissair having 8 of these in their fleet. Varig (Brazil),JAL (Japan) and much later Aeroflot (Russia) also bought the plane. It's still in service with Gol Intelligent Airlines of Brazil.
