There is also a posting limit. I think it's 3 posts every 24 hours. Kind of annoying when I was posting a helicopter with Rocket pods seperate.

Yes. I think its a max of 5 per day? (Maybe more, maybe less) and you also have to wait like 5 minutes in between each one.
Also, you can only spotlight people with less points than you.
