PAT- XFA Eclipse
Presented by Pixie Aviation Technology:
Originally designed and tested for functionality and practicality in late 2016 of November, XF - 09 "Eclipse" is a multirole unique-wing cranked arrow inspired type aircraft, which tests a special delta type wing formation. Eclipse's body is inspired by cranked arrow type aircraft, with a set of body protrusions replacing the wing tips. The body protrusions, nicknamed "blades", consists of a grid support system, which helps protect the blades from extreme wind resistance. It allows a much larger weapons payload to be installed. Eclipse is also outfitted with four VTOL engines, which allows the aircraft to transition from standard horizontal propulsion to vertical propulsion. Eclipse is also water-capable, meaning it can take off through VTOL or standard flight. Armaments are revealed by sliding Trim down (for free-fall explosives) and VTOL up (for air-to-air and air-to-surface missiles). Group 1 activates/deactivates VTOL thrusters, and Group 8 deactivates/activates standard thrusters. Group 2 activates experimental nightvision view. Group 3 activates the parachute. VTOL flight is controlled with Roll, Pitch, and Yaw controls. Enjoy!
