Lockspeiser LDA-01

Auto Credit Based on WinsWings's 2024 Year End Challenge [CLOSED]

Been a long time :3

Description:

The Lockspeiser LDA-01 was an experimental 7/10 scale model of a design for a light cargo aircraft designed for land development, agricultural and missionary work. The idea was to make an aircraft that had high cargo capacity but could land on light, unpaved airstrips in places like Africa and India, where the British were still doing silly imperialist things. The design ultimately never went anywhere.

You might notice that I've done one of these before. However, this is a HUGE improvement in every way over the one I did a few years ago.

It's a big improvement, and a few of the details have been changed but the real one went through a few weird design phases where minor things were changed.

Controls

Everything is normal flight wise, joystick is 3-axis.
Act. 1 - Canopy
Act. 2 - Cargo doors

kthxbye

Great job. Bonus point for bringing up a rear aircraft - besides, it is super maneuverable, STOL and also handle low speed very well. Great job. Spotlighted.
