1:1 scale Airbus a330-300 "SWISS"
Here she is, my 1:1 scale replica of the Airbus a330-300 with a "SWISS" livery. 4 weeks of work have gone into this (that's 2 weeks of progress, 1 week of raging and 1 week of fixing bugs), so this is my most detailed, accurate and most functional one yet.
Before I get into the controls, I'd like to thank some people that made this build possible:
BaconEggs- for the absolutely amazing cockpit and front landing gear : )
WalrusAircrafts- for scaling the whole thing to twice the size (more on that later)
GeneralColeOfTheAf- for the fuselages used in the, well, fuselage.
Komuhachi- pretty much all the scaled parts are from him.
MechWARRIOR57- for the tilted airbrakes used in the engines : )
Big Thanks to all of you!
Regarding WalrusAircraft: So I wanted this to be 1:1 scale right from the start, but when I set the markers the camera started glitching out when I zoomed out enough to see the whole thing, which I figured would be inconvenient in the long run so I decided to build it 1:2 scale. WalrusAircraft scaled it to be twice the size, so it's now 1:1 scale : )
1:1 features:
Tons of small details
Custom landing gear
Custom engines (Rolls-Royce Trent 700's)
Flaps, slats and spoilers/airbrakes
Livery
Lights
Realistic top speed (at ~9000 ft)
Fuel capacity is the same as max fuel capacity as on the real thing
Note that the plane is slightly bigger in all dimensions by less than 1ft. (Height becomes accurate once gear is retracted)
Controls: Before you do anything, move the Trim slider up to about half way between the 1st and 2nd bar. It prevents a glitch where the plane rolled to the right. You can adjust it once you're in the air so that it flies smoothly.
Roll- Roll
Pitch- Pitch
Yaw- Yaw + wheel steering
Gear- Retract gear + landing gear bay doors
Trim- Trim
VTOL- Flaps, slats and spoilers (flaps are somewhat weirdly placed, but it's better than nothing)
Brake- brake, reverse thrust + brakes on the engines
Group 1- Primary lights
Group 2- landing lights
Activating group 7 and using VTOL makes very bad things happen!
Keep in mind that everything behind the cockpit was made on an IOS device!
I really hope you like this because it took 4 weeks to build! Enjoy!

Well, it's really detailed and well crafted, but proportions, and, especially wing form are totally wrong...
@FearlessFabEngineering Btw I have a question: how to make an AI plane take of and fly with me? (sorry for bad english)
Indeed @szeged6724
But this is a good tribute I think...
Oh... @szeged6724
@FearlessFabEngineering That airline is no more. She (the Malév) give up in 2012. :(
Ok I googled it. Looks pretty cool. @szeged6724
No @szeged6724
@FearlessFabEngineering I try to make one Boeing 737-600 with Malév painting. Did you know what is the Malév?
Thank you! @szeged6724 @RussianEngineering
Looks good :)
Np!
Thanks! @SteadfastContracting @Razr @Nexus24680

Cool!
Turned out so pretty! I got something that's almost finished that I think you'd love, hopefully coming out today (I got 10 hours to finish).
