Der Walking Ting
Ive never even attempted to make a walking machine but I was intrigued by how Squirrle got his Strandbeest to walk, I started researching into different leg configurations and I found one called the ‘Klann mechanism’, that’s the one this walker uses.
controls
Much like Squirrels build, mine has four sets of legs also, that means our builds are controlled kinda the same way.
1. Set physics to low (it works better)
2. Vtol down
3. Prepare for some precision timing
4. Zoom in so that your looking at the rotaters closest to the cockpit
5. Press act 1 and then press act 2 once the fuselage piece attached to the rotator moves 90 degrees
6. Press act 3 once the rotates has rotated 180 degrees
7. Press act 4 once it has rotated... um, wait lemme do math... 270 degrees
8. Enjoy? It can’t turn, or do anything apart from walking forward
