History

As ever, we wanted to be faster and more flexible to operate in the most seculed areas. It was made possible to use roads or forests as air bases with the creation of the Gripen. Even tho, we need even more capability to do so and here it comes with one of the plane GCI presents here, made for unit transport and parafalling. The SORT-22.

As it is presented, the SORT-22 is a 22 tons unit transport plane capable of lifting around half his mass in the air and still take off ans land in very short areas, able to use pists of under 200m. It will be of huge help to recover units touched by the enemies if it's not in a mission even if it's in a forest wich would be a huge tactical help for any army of this modern era.

    @GeneralCorpInc
    Good idea with your concept, and thanks for joining. Here is my input that may be helpful for your future builds.
    - I consider your build as quite a modern design built between 1980-2010 by looking at the nosecone and style of the aircraft. Also, the blade style "Scimitar" (which is a modern one) will usually paired with a turbo-prop engine. So using an (old-fashioned) radial piston engine looks a bit off to me. Not many people will be picky about it, but just sharing my knowledge. Have fun and appreciate for joining.
