the rules are simple make the lonely seaplane have a new friend, make him a propeller driven plane that goes 250 or 390mph to fly with and the new friend has to be a racing plane from the 1930s to the early 50s. it can be a recolor p51 or a completely new design that is fictional also it can have guns that's if you want to do that. you can also put pontoons on your plane
