Eventual successor to the FI-28. A little more serious, it's a monstrosity from the IRS that is a missile truck. Fight him if you wish, but I don't recommend it.
Also random fun fact, the FI-63 is actually a future plane from Green Team. As in Red V Green. Before Green had the F/A-32A, they had this thing. However, its missiles and agility were much poorer, but with the same speed it was a monster to the pilot. Although many survive in museum, few remained in service after the F/A-32A was introduced, and even fewer ever saw combat, but the FI-63 "IRS-Mobile" survived the longest and got upgraded with better agility and missiles. A small fleet of FI-63s now operate alongside the F/A-32As. As you may have noticed though, the Screecher is one of the few Red V Green planes to not brandish the color of their nation. And yes, the FI-28 is also a future Red V Green plane, specifically a Green plane (the whole America-Russia-collab thing, better known as "Ameriet," was about 12% false, the war is over now).
