MFH-300A
I dealt with a lot of glitches building this, so please tell me if you notice a mistake...
Welcome to my first ever heli, the MFH-300A! She’s a single rotor, so there’s some dis-symmetry of the flight characteristics. But I think it’s pretty good. Although I have a hard time distinguishing between “this heli doesn’t fly well” and “I’m a sucky heli pilot” haha. So I’d love to get some feedback on that point.
Flight controls are heli standard:
Throttle is rotor speed,
VTOL is collective pitch,
Pitch and roll are cyclic pitch,
Yaw is yaw.
Trim up will keep the nose down once you’re moving, to maintain forward flight. Just watch your altitude.
Ag1- strong gyro (cyclic lock sorta)
Ag7- 3D mode (aggressive collective pitch)- I recommend leaving this alone haha
Ag8- weak gyro - I recommend leaving this alone also hahah.
A big thank you to @Leehopard for advice and for the rotor assembly. Also thank you @Planedude for the great artificial horizon.
I think that’s all...
Edit: I noticed that the artificial horizon is malfunctioning... maybe I will post an update later....
Enjoy!

Ok sweet thank you @Chancey21
The value is
disableBaseMesh=true @Hyattorama
Uh oh. Not really. I took the needle from another plane some time ago. I still don’t know how to make a naked powered rotator. I did modify the needle, and I made the dial, but they’re both copied from someone else’s design. Do you recognize them? I never even thought about it but maybe I need to figure out what plane that came from so I can give credit :/ @Chancey21
Did you make those dials?
Haha BMX bikes with a rotor that’s a good one. Thanks man! Although the flight characteristics are mainly attributed to the rotor assembly (of course) which I did not build. Credit to @Leehopard for that, but thank you nonetheless! :) I’m glad someone is able to fly it without the gyro haha I’m not all that good of a pilot. @Freerider2142
that is a cute Schweizer!!!
I always thought these look like BMX bikes with a Rotor attached :P
Great work!
P.S. de-activating the gyros is fun and pretty realistic ;)
I’m going to try to do better next time. @EternalDarkness
@Hyattorama I'm glad you did eventually use them.
@EternalDarkness tags! Why do I have such a hard time remembering tags? Lol
Totally! Man, that would really really make my day if mods were available for iOS. @AWESOMENESS360
@Hyattorama iOS, Android, and mobile in general needs to be able to XML Mod, it'd be so much more convenient!
Yeah @AWESOMENESS360
@Hyattorama ahh, I see. Those colors are XML Modded, right?
In fact, now I’m going to post on the forum to ask. @AWESOMENESS360
It’s because of the paint scheme. @Tionis ‘s Truck had several colors withe extra shiny/reflections and I don’t know how to do that myself. I suppose it’s something I should learn... I credited @Tionis on some of my other works but I haven’t done so on all of them since it’s not actually a successor to the truck. @AWESOMENESS360
Am I the only one wondering why the predecessor of this is a truck...
Np! @Hyattorama
@Planedude @Leehopard
Thanks! :) @CRJ900Pilot
Cool! Nice and simple
