Hey! This is my first fully functional Helicopter design with actual 'realistic' helicopter handling characteristics also with and addition of a fully working gimbaling and usable Turret! Description:
The 'Magpie' is a heavy attack Helicopter filling the role as a close air support unit backing up infantry with heavy, accurate firepower from longer and safer ranges and for taking out heavy fortified positions and heavier armour a normal infantry-man would struggle with.
Controls:
1- Enables gyroscopes (Must use!)
2- Enables Pitch rudder.
3- Enables Turret gimbaling mode. (Use VTOL slider and Trim sliders to aim)
4- Turn on lights
5-Around 70-75 throttle is your best bet for a stable hover.
Cameras:
1-1st person can.
2-Turret cam! Moves and aims with the gun.
Hope you enjoy this creation! It took a while to tweak and I kept a fun simple design so it could run on lower systems! For the looks I'd say it's a smash up of a cobra and Apache.
