Scale it to 100 on all side with fine tuner. Uncheck the scale only selected part box, and check the calculate mass box. Spawn on water, try to stay in place when making the new spawn point. Spawn the circuit as an AI and let it settle on the water, fast forward is recommend. After it settle, go with a helicopter, and land somewhere on the circuit and make a new spawn point. If you spawn outside the barrier when you spawn with your car, there is some open spot on the barrier that you can slip through.

@KSB24 you should make an ai racer for this, when it's spawned in a certain location, e.g. coordinates -10000, 24.83, -20000 (y coordinate of 24.83 is the altitude at which it settles at).
