Delta-class River Patrol Boat
Delta class river patrol vessel is a ship designed to operate in shallow and narrow bodies of water. It is intended to perform a wide variety of tasks, including patrol, transport of troops and cargo, fire support and mine laying.
Design:
Delta class ships are designed to operate in rivers. As such, they have a shallow draught and tight turning radius. Two large diesel engines give these ships a vewy high speed for their size, making them ideal for quick deployment of troops along the river.
Armament of Delta class ship consists of a 50mm CF gun in a remotely operated turret, which is often augmented with machine guns and rocket launchers on tripods. In the most extreme case, a 105mm towed gun was placed on the stern of the vessel.
Vessels of the Delta class are capable of deploying mines via two ramps located on the stern. That function is generally not used, due to the costs of removing unexploded mines.
Design of the Delta class ships is quite boxy, looking outdated. That is, of course, not the case. The design is boxy because there was no need for complex shapes.
The way ships of this class look from the profile has earned them a nickname "river destroyer" due to resemblance to the outline of destroyers.
The hull is optimized for calm water of rivers and lakes. It goes from a sharp V at the front, designed for cutting through water, to the shallow V in the rear designed for gliding on the surface. Ship is propelled by two propellers, and steered by twin rudders.
Features:
CF gun;
Rocket launcher on tripod;
12.7mm machine gun on tripod;
Fully realistic prop/rudder system, without VTOL nozzles;
Custom gun sight.
Controls:
Throttle and Yaw to maneuver the ship;
VTOL and Trim to control the 50mm CF gun. V/flares to fire;
Roll and Pitch to control the rocket launcher (would be TOW, but I opted for unguided rocket as it's difficult to aim).
Have fun.

@Andrew1 give it a try. Can't wait to hear about results.
@EternalDarkness hey man can I use your boat for a school project I’m going to 3-D print it out it’s not necessarily a school project I just wanted to make it so I can make it Drive in real water awls I have to do is 3-D printed out make it float and put all the other parts of it on like the steering one quick question do 3-D printing flow like if I print out a boat and I just drop it in water will float.

this thing is vewy nice!
@KerlonceauxIndustries feep free to. Just give credit.
@Darkwing but then it tilts even when standing still when you give input. There are better ways. Also, cursing is cursing, even when it's censored. Please remove your comment.
@EternalDarkness hello, to.be honest I didn't start yet, I am actually making my special build to celebrate 40k and Is very huge project, but after that I'll do a French French frigate class Lafayette.
@grizzlitn how's it going? Need any more help?
@EternalDarkness thank you and iam sorry for my ban english, so to be honest i have 2 big problem with my build the first one is about the stabilité of the ship on water, and the second one is about the shape of the shipe and spcially the front section
@grizzlitn I can try.
hello my goog friend i start making my first shipe and i wonder if you can help me with somthing please.
@Kimcotupan15 thank you
Wow! I like the custom hull. Great job!
@BogdanX thanks man
@realluochen9999 try some activation groups. I have finished this build two weeks ago, so I have forgotten some controls. I might have just left it a decoration without an actual gun. I remember being annoyed I can't aim it well, and concluding that putting an actual gun there would just create a crosshair in a cockpit view that would interfere with the sights of the main gun.
how to fire the rear machine gun?
@EternalDarkness thanks bro, some serious talent you have there.
Naice hull.
Rip, I was looking for the spotlight button, but you have more points than me...
Oh that’s interesting.. @EternalDarkness
