Auto Credit Based on planyairlines's somebody make this plane fly
I moved the CoM (red circle) ahead of the CoL (blue circle), making the plane a lot more stable.
I also modified both primary wings and horizontal stabilizers so the CoL would move backwards, and to help with the pitching up as much.
I also XML modded the engines to be slightly more powerful, since the base power level of the engines was not enough to get it out of stall ranges.
And lastly, I made the plane a tail dragger to help with weight distribution, and for quicker takeoffs.
