but yeah as i was saying, auto orientation is a setting for the gyroscope, this is for things like quad copters and basically it makes sure your vehicle is completely straight in the air, this is a problem when you take roll into account since the best method of turning a plane is to roll and then pitch so you end up fighting against auto orient and your plane spins out, this isnt a problem if you disable it in the gyro settings.
Another tip is that mass(your coM) should generally always be in front of your lift(coL) you can view these with a toggle inside the designer there also a few guides built into the game that run you through the basics.

your only real issues were that you had the center of mass behind the center of lift, I ended up changing a few things before i realised it didnt fly because you had a gyroscope with auto orient turned on which would make the plane spin out whenever turning
I tried my best, but it's best not to use the gyroscope in it. Just be careful of tight manoeuvring at lower altitudes, since it still likes to stall
