The TAM VCTP (Personnel Transportation Combat Vehicle) is an infantry fighting vehicle belonging to the Argentine Medium Tank (TAM) family, manufactured by the Argentine state company Argentine Medium Tank State Society, to provide the Argentine Army with a effective means of transporting troops and that could be manufactured locally.

These vehicles went into combat in internal conflicts in Argentina, starred in military uprisings 'Los Cara Pintada' with repeated fighting, as well as in the recovery of the Mechanized Infantry Regiment 3 during the seizure of the La Tablada barracks.

Croatia

In 1992, 15 units were deployed to Croatia to participate in the United Nations Protection Force, forming the armored element of the Argentine Army Battalion (BEA).
