Fokker F.25 Promotor
Here's a special birthday build. It's a Fokker plane sharing its number with my new age. The F.25 Promotor was a largely unsuccessful plane. The single-engine, pusher-configured 4-seater was produced on the tail end of World War II, but saw very little popularity. It was unable to compete with the market saturation of surplus warplanes, and ultimately, only 20 were ever built. The plane's defining feature was a nose that swung open to allow a stretcher to be slipped inside and secured, allowing the plane to serve as a sky ambulance.
This recreation is somewhat faithful, and even has similar performance, which is to say it won't break 150 mph very easily. Trim the elevator aggressively, and avoid pitching hard, or climbing too sharply. The plane will stall just as easily as it did in real life. Turn with gentle banks, and some rudder, and climb gently, and you'll slowly get to where you need to go.
VTOL up to swing open the nose. AG1 to turn on runway lights.
