Story

A ship built based on the HMS Hood. Three ships serve this class, the Bastion, the Stronghold, and the Phalanx. This class of ship was PRD's main flagship, made to fight the Trislandian H-0 class fast battleships. At first, the idea to use the quad mount 11 inch guns like the King George 5 is used, but later scrapped for the triple mount BL 16 inch Mk. V. Powerful turbines are installed to generate a maximum speed of 40 knots, far faster than other capital ships at the time. Operation Traumfänger is the ship's first battle, in the first attack from Trislandia the Bastion was moderately damaged, but managed to disable and capture one of the two H-0 class battleships. The Bastion also participated in the last stand of H-014, which the ship suffered heavy damage with H-0 sunk. Bastion was finally sunk in August 1943, after an ammo rack penetration by H-015.
