@ChiChiWerx thank you for your comment. I love creating VTOL planes because they are challenging to fly. But yes it is really useful to make them "easy to fly". With the gyro we have a great tool to make flying much easier. :-)
Totally fictional, so I can’t judge it vs a RL example. But, the flight model is fantastic...if this were a RL aircraft, the test report would call it challenging, yet manageable. All too often, VTOL builds in SP, fictional or replicas are way too difficult to fly. RL VTOL aircraft, such as the Harrier, are challenging to fly and take all the pilot’s concentration to do it right...I know this from several former USMC AV-8 pilots I know, but they’re not impossible to fly, otherwise they’d crash more often than they already do. This one seems right, challenging but not impossible to fly. Nice work!
This is so cool!
Looks weird in a good way, i like it
@Chancey21 Thank you. Without mods i think its not easy to make the response faster. But anyway, in real life turbines have very slow response. ;-)
Such a cool plane! Lots of fun, I love it.
I would recommend making the throttle response faster if possible
very very nice
Thx for the upvotes and comments. Unfortunately there is a small mistake in the model. The pitch rudders stuck. you can make them movable using the detach tool... sorry for that. But it works also without the rudders. The boosters have enough power to steer the aircraft.
very nice work
Welcome to website, mate.
Coulda used a custom thumbnail but is great
