Carro Armato M "Celere Sahariano"

30.0k Dumpworks  4.8 years ago

Italy's attempt at creating a British style cruiser tank to replace their relatively ineffective tanks. The Sahariano took inspiration from captured British and Soviet vehicles, this is mostly seen through the usage of a Christie style suspension. Though Italy with its weak industrial base could not support the development of the new design as another tank, the Carro Armato P, was in development at the same time. The Sahariano was never finished with a half completed prototype being made during the war.

Controls: Pitch for forward/backward, Roll for turning, VTOL for turret rotation, Trim for gun elevation, Activator 1 for roof mounted Mg.
