Auto Credit Based on LieutenantSOT's Thunder Hawks Challenge Dos! [CLOSED]
The NexusCorp Ne-121 "Hipopotam" (hippopotamus in Romanian, since NexusCorp is a Romanian company) was a heavy bomber which had 4 750hp engines driving a single propeller. It could easily reach speeds up to 340mph, which meant that this bomber served well into the Second World War despite being made in 1916. It was never shot down due to it's durable metal airframe, ability to function on just one of it's 4 engines, and high speed.

@NexusGaming really? That song is now gonna be stuck in my head XD. But great choice for a name!
@LieutenantSOT yup so that is why i called this thing a hippopotamus because hippopotamuses are big and i want a hippopotamus for christmas, only a hippopotamus will do (xd not really)
Holy crap that thing was huge!
@LieutenantSOT i was inspired by this demonic contraption
@NexusGaming interesting. Great thought process! I didn't think of that
@LieutenantSOT a plane travelling that fast in ww1 would not need guns, it would just zip by and no fighter back then would be able to catch up with it (cough cough, the De Havilland Mosquito used the same strategy, and just about any ww1 plane was really boring in appearance)
@NexusGaming sorry, had to do something real quick
Requirements: 10/10. It meets everything in the rules
Looks: 5/10. It looks pretty boring, but it also looks unique
Maneuverability/Speed: 8/10. For the speed, it feels super fast, especially for WW1, but it is also highly maneuverable. Really good
Do I personally like it? I would say a 8/10. I wish it had machine guns, but I'm okay with that. It was nice to control and pretty fast too.
Overall? I really think it was a great Biplane design. Great job
Total points: 31/40
A solid plane
@LieutenantSOT how is it
I will test and judge in a minute
@LieutenantSOT my entry is in
