Colt M4 Carbine
An M4 Carbine, based on my Colt M16A2 rifle, as the M4 is basically an M16 with a short-barrel and telescoping stock. On a technical level, it is the same. The M4 was a development of the CAR-15 carbines used during the Vietnam War. While the CAR-15 was well-liked, the short 10.5 inch barrel caused unpredictable ballistics and unacceptably high muzzle blast, in addition to prohibiting the use of a bayonet or M203 grenade launcher. It was decided by Colt to combine the best features of the CAR-15 and the M16A2 in a project known as XM4. The 14.5 inch barrel, with 1:7 inch twist, gave good ballistic performance and allowed the mounting of an underbarrel grenade launcher and bayonet. The M4 and its successor, the M4A1, has largely replaced the larger M16 series in US military service, due to the CQB- and vehicle-oriented nature of modern military conflicts, where a longer weapon would be an encumberance.

@Pilotmario you can own a fully automatic gun in America I know I'm very late but it's so hard to find one
@RedRoosterII I've got an updated M4 Carbine model. You should check it out!
@LiquidFox I think this will suit your arms needs perfectly.
@GoldenEagle They are less strict than the rest of Asia though.
@Pilotmario yeah, we have strict gun laws, but most people can't have guns, and most automatic guns are reserved for army or gun club/shooting range use
Nice!
I read on Wikipedia this:
"The Philippines has relatively strict gun laws".
My ass they are strict. Unlike in America, you can still register a full-auto weapon. @GoldenEagle
@Pilotmario Oh yes it has...
Does it have the fun switch? @GoldenEagle
@Pilotmario yep, I have my own.... It has ACOG, Dual Mags, a custom stock, laser, flashlight, and foregrip
@GoldenEagle You've fired this before, am I correct?
@AccipitrisEnterprises It will have interchangable recievers and barrels.
They exist, and marksmen are known to use the M16. @AccipitrisEnterprises
@TheBroadside A 5.56x45 Marksman Rifle? Are you sure about that? Why not use the HK417/SR-25, similar platform, but fires 7.62x51mm NATO.
Can i make a marksman rifle from this? it will use the same ammunition
I also find it funny that all my top builds are guns models, while I mainly do planes and tanks. @YuukaNeko
I figured your M4A1 build could use an update, and that it can't be that hard to turn an M16 into an M4. @YuukaNeko
Thanks! @YuukaNeko
Now this? This is a work of beauty <3
@AccipitrisEnterprises I see.
@Pilotmario The Muzzle break is similar to that of the CAR-15/XM-177
@YuukaNeko
Thanks! I was considering to make it a "flat top" receiver with an ACOG sight, but I like my AR-15s with a carry handle rear sight. @MadBomber
Looks like an XM-177 commando. On closer inspection I see the A2 sight :) Very nice replica of an iconic weapon.
