the problem was the fact that the gyroscope wasn't set properly. when putting the gyroscope on a vehicle, you need to change the settings of it in order to make it work.
gyroscopic speed: 200-220
gyroscopic stability: MAX
Pitch range: 30-40
roll range: 25
yaw power: 100-150
do keep in mind that the gyroscope needs to be close or even AT the center of the vehicle.
(I couldn't really see much because the parts count make my FPS drop but so far i could see this was the problem)
