The S-400 is an russian mobile air defense system build by Almaz-Antei.
It normaly carries 4 ground-to-Air missiles, but my model has ground-to-ground missiles (I have used 4 Cleaver), so now its an ground defense system. It has 8 wheel drive (all-wheel drive), functionnal stabilizers, and of course an functionnal launch system.
