Fortunately, the Russians are very, very bad at that.
(Okay actually yeah it does kinda matter. Geminus knows that if I had to manually load a tank cannon, whether as a loader or because the autoloader broke, I would NOT want to have to heft 20 or more kilogram shells off the floor while moving across rough terrain at over 40 kph... say, anyone know where one could find information on gun loading at high speeds? Surely that would be a problem for human loaders, right?)
