The 1957 Chevrolet is a car which was introduced by Chevrolet in September 1956 for the 1957 model year. It was available in three series models: the upscale Bel Air, the mid-range "two-ten", and the "one-fifty". A two-door station wagon, the Nomad was produced as a Bel Air model. An upscale trim option called the "Delray" was available for two-ten 2-door sedans. It is a popular and sought after classic car. These vehicles are often restored to their original condition and sometimes modified. The car's image has been frequently used in toys, graphics, music, movies and television. The '57 Chevy, as it is often known, is an auto icon.

@CT7778 sure, go for it!
Hey @MrSilverWolf may I use your car and do a bit of retuning and redesigning to make it a classic police car? I’ll be sure to put the spotlight on you my friend!
@MrSilverWolf I did repaint your 57' Chevy and posted it and did give credit, and it still got removed so I think I will leave the link to what gave me inspiration to do so. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ii3-ipaNnGs.
@MrSilverWolf Here is a link to a very special story. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ii3-ipaNnGs
@DeGebra awesome!
@MrSilverWolf I learned it from my Grandfather who was in 9th grade when those cars were every where. I have actually seen maybe 15 different 57's, I have actually seen the 27th production made 53' Corvette.
@DeGebra ok awesome! didn’t know that, interesting
@MrSilverWolf the 57' Bel Air was also the reason why Chevy released the Impala in 1958. The Bel Air was the most expensive car they made, it was more expensive than the Corvette which was 3-4 years old at the time, but when they released the Impala, it became the most expensive car they made. Also the Bel Air and Impala both had the same body but the Impala had better options than the Bel Air, and that is also why Chevy stopped making the Bel Air back in the 1960's.
@Lswag thanks!
Great car!

I have a diecast one by Maisto and it's painted like a fire chief car. Great work!
