Goran the Workhorse

Goran comes from a long-lived family of slow pacing, long range freighters. He does not care about much; fixed pitch propellers, fixed landing gear. He loves to take off from Snowstone, fly south to Maywar at 9000 ft with 90% throttle, land and get back with a single tank of fuel.
He is not an easy type, either; stable, but requires 65% throttle even during final descent. Easiness on brakes after touchdown is a must, lest he strikes his front, enormous prop.
Flight time (Maywar to Snowstone): 33' 09".

On a sidenote, I managed to lodge Goran inside Chtulhu's eye socket. '30 aircraft, soooo Lovecraft.
@ChiChiWerx Yes, I did report reverse courses by mistake. KMYW to KSNT is 335, KSNT to KMYW is 155. Everyone, revert yoir heading, quick!
The trig works, but did you reverse the two courses? KMYW lies approximately southeast from KSNT, so to go TO KSNT, you would have to fly NNW (335 degrees) and reverse to return (155 degrees) ;)
@ChiChiWerx I used some trigonometry to determine the routes. FYI, KMYW to KSNT it 155°, KSNT to KMYW is 335°, distance is 120 miles. Goran cruises at little over 240 mph, thus 1/2h flight time.
@LordHKelvin very nice, KSNT and KMYW, navigation by dead reckoning, I like it!
Smartphone Stopwatch stopped working, so... I took off from Snowstone at about 16:00 local time, and was back at 17:10. Flew at 10500 ft, 90% throttle from KSNT to KMYW, then 85% throttle from KMYW to KSNT. Landed at night at Snowstone. Wonderful flight.
That's all for Goran, thank you all for the upvotes!
@ChiChiWerx I just (7 minutes now) left for the real journey. Cruising @ 9744 ft, 242 mph, heading 158, from Snowstone AFB (KSNT) to Maywar International (KMYW). I'm visible on steam (user: EchoDeltaOscar), I'll update the timetable as soon as I'm done. Of course, I have to land successfully at Maywar for the time to be meaningful.
@ChiChiWerx A little less; I started from Maywar, ans stopped the watch when speed was 0 in snowstone; I initially wanted to see how much fuel I could do without. Since I landed with 62%+, I assumed I could get back to Maywar without refuelling. I also drifyed off-route, lenghtening tje journey. Tomorrow I may update the real flight time.
I really like the description, plus the fact you actually took the time (66+ mins) to fly the route.
It is anthropomorphize. Hey if it works go with it. Disney is making a third Cars movie. As an example. Also people have been anthropomorphizing their vehicle since the beginning of vehicles I'm sure. Mainly because the vehicles before actual Vehicles were horses.
@Kerbango I started personifying (anthropifying ? I don't really know the proper term in plain English) my Aircrafts after a couple of models, and then I went on. Thanl you for the sponsorship!
...and now this, class, is the proper way to presents a well made airplane. With good pictures and a good story.
