Maybe the maxAngularVelocity is not the problem
Maybe put more power on the engine, and reduce drag.
In the XML for the resizable wheel, I set the maxAngularVelocity from 45 (this was what was locking the speed) to 10000. This may be overkill, but if you want 220+ mph, that’s what you need. If you dont want too much speed, just tinker with the maxAngularVelocity setting.
