Asama Maru (troop ship)
This is the first unofficial addition to the PocketBoats line. The Asama Maru was a Japanese ocean liner built by the Mitsubishi Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. in 1927. Asama Maru entered service in 1929 and served as an ocean liner until WWII when she was converted into a troopship. Asama Maru served two years in this role until she was torpedoed by the USS Atule and sunk in 1944. This model depicts Asama Maru in her 1943 troopship colours. In Asama Maru's life, she came face to face with multiple submarines. In February 1943, approximately when she was painted seafoam green, she was attacked, unsuccessfully, by USS Sunfish. In February 1944, Asama once again met with a submarine, the USS Greyback, and was only lightly damaged. This ship was requested by Me, built by DoggyDev, Enjoy!

@Jaspy190 true, but some people want every variant of everything and they may find this interesting too. From a historical standpoint it also has value there.
@DoggyDev they won’t lol thats the issue with paint jobs like this, i mean, you might as well have just made it yourself if you want it to be even kinda popular.
The paint job looks great and I hope people enjoy this variation as much as the original
