DeHavilland Fennec
No cockpit ver: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/j7vz9K/DeHavilland-FennecLD
The Fennec is a compact subsonic VTOL light-attacker taking big inspiration from it's predecessor, the Sea Vixen
The Fennec was designed for the purpose of short-range CAS aircraft with the ability to operate from small FOB that is absent of any runway. It can also operate as a fighter aircraft, albeit in a limited manner due to the Fennec's subsonic nature.
The aircraft takes after the Sea Vixen in that it is a Twin-boom design with the major difference being the smaller overall size and the fact that it can rotate it's engine 90 degree downward to enable VTOL.
The Fennec is armed with 2 miniaturized pulse laser mounted in the wing root boasting high velocity and high damage but low RoF, it can wreak havoc on any ground target with its and if need be, to shoot down a plane with some difficulties.
The Fennec by default also carries 6 SRAAM-IIM missile under its fuselage. The SRAAM-IIM is a miniaturized version of the SRAAM-II, it is has a very high hit probably but the seeker only reaches out to 2.5km, it also has the tendency to not kill its target due to the abysmal explosive load
4 wing hardpoints are also present
Controls
VTOL: Adjust engine angle
Trim: well, Trim
AG2: Arm Missile
