This version uses RCN nozzles to give the fighter more control at higher speeds at the cost of stability at lower speeds. This version is being used to test the flight system to be used on the EAS-430, that will incorporate a 3 axis vector controlled thrust system, a RCN system, and a purpose built airframe designed to maximize maneuverability without the use any control surfaces to minimize drag.
