PAK-SB SnowPhantom (2500th point special)
"Prospective Aviation Complex Strategic Bomber."
Purpose and Inception
In the early 2020s, Russia embarked on developing a strategic stealth bomber, realizing the need for a modern counterpart to NATO's B-21 Raider and similar Western assets. Thus, the Snow Phantom program was born. Designed as a smaller, more agile alternative to the PAK DA, the Snow Phantom was envisioned to perform long-range strike missions while being small enough for deployment from various locations across Russia, including remote airstrips.
The aircraft’s striking white color with red-tipped wings was chosen both for psychological impact and practical purposes; in the icy landscapes of Northern Russia and Siberia, this color scheme would allow the bomber to blend into its environment when grounded.
Design Phase
During the design phase, engineers focused on the flying wing structure to maximize stealth and reduce drag. The white color presented challenges for stealth optimization, requiring innovative radar-absorbing coatings that retained the white hue. The red wingtips, meanwhile, were integrated to serve as both a symbolic identifier and a visual aid during testing and formation flights.
The Snow Phantom’s smaller size led to significant challenges in stability, which engineers addressed through advanced flight control software and unique aerodynamic refinements. The aircraft’s design culminated in a distinctively sharp silhouette, emphasizing both its stealth capabilities and striking aesthetics.
Prototype Phase
The first prototype, referred to as the "White Wraith," took flight in 2028. It experienced stability issues and unexpected radar signature inconsistencies due to the white coating, requiring several iterations. Engineers ultimately developed a specialized matte white coating with radar-absorbent properties, balancing stealth with the distinctive appearance.
The prototype’s agility, especially over northern and coastal territories, exceeded expectations, establishing the Snow Phantom as a stealth asset optimized for Russia’s northern defense regions.
Production Phase
By the early 2030s, the Snow Phantom entered limited production. To maintain secrecy, only a select few were assembled each year, with components dispersed across different factories to prevent design leaks. The aircraft's striking appearance quickly made it an icon in the Russian aerospace community, earning respect as a versatile, highly survivable platform that symbolized Russia’s Arctic defense capabilities.
The Snow Phantom’s missions focused on high-stakes deterrence, often involving patrols over critical strategic points. The aircraft’s eerie white figure, especially when spotted on rare low-altitude flights, became a source of intrigue among foreign military observers, cementing the Snow Phantom’s status as a feared yet elusive symbol of Russian aerospace innovation.
Features:
• first time making Flying wing design!!!
• Russia!!!
• used to be PAK DA but lost interest
• Activate1 to open bomb bay doors and arm bombs and cleavers
•White and Red
•no hidden vertical stabilizers only in the wing tips and 2 small horizontal ailerons in the front for pitch help on the back, so technically it does work..?
That's all, happy death rolling!!! ;)

@MA2211c lol, also there were true flying wing design commercial passenger planes, in blueprints though
What people thought the 797 would look like before boing actually released what it would look like:
@Trainzo thanks
Nice plane.
@MsMuseumJanitor inspired
@LunarEclipseSP fictional one, idk though if it actually exists. Also I forgot to put flares
Other variant of the PAK DA
