10K Special: T-38A Talon
Hey everyone, I decided I wanted to do something special.
When I learned @ChiChiWerx had flown T-38s and U-2s, I wanted to honor his service to his country and his dedication to our SimplePlanes community by making this plane. ChiChiWerx has helped me on numerous builds and I wholeheartedly appreciate him and his wonderful feedback, especially on my F-16 and this T-38. This T-38 is the same number he flew with the same markings and distinctive black and red paint job known to the Beale AFB T-38 A's. I hope y'all enjoy this as much as I have!
Thanks,
-ChrisPy

Hello. Could you spare me some help and advices for my new missile? https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/K97OuQ/Need-advices-and-help-with-my-missile
If you watch the movie you see a shot maybe about 2 or 3 seconds long with the t-38 it does kinda look like the F-5F but the nose is rounded. T-38s were used in dissimilar combat training so them being able to acquire it through the navy is quite probable. @EngineerOtaku
@ChrisPy I figured it was a two-seat F-5. Everything I've heard says it was a couple F-5E's and F-5F's standing in, which makes sense as the planes would've been supplied by the Navy.
@Mikey101234 well, it was 3 F-5s and one T-38 but in general, yes
I wish my T-38 was like this!
This is the plane that was used to represent the Migs in Top Gun
it looks just a tiny bit off but it flies great so eat point
Oh cool, that’s understandable then :) @ChrisPy
I had ChiChiWerx test the flight model. He flew T-38s and told me it was accurate so I’m gonna go with what he said.@KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo
This is good looking build, but in my opinion doesn’t perform like a T-38, nonetheless it looks great, I improved the flight model myself btw.
Crap I forgot to put you in creds for encouragement@WarHawk95
@ChiChiWerx wait... You flew U-2s too ?!? Does that mean.. the pilot on your pfp could be you ?
@ChrisPy NP. Can write something more extensive later today.
