"Jing" (Whale) Military Drone

Unlike many of the world's drones, the Jing (the Whale) is not overly stealthy, instead it is intended as an "obvious deterrent." The Jing made the news not only for the very rare public unveiling of it by Chinese government but for its massive size, its apparently stolen tech, and advanced AI system.

The Chinese claimed the Jing was to protect northern shipping lanes from "pirates" and that the drone was capable of being left out on the water for months on end and able to react to threats without human input. NATO allies took issue with the Jing's AI, nicknamed Buyao (Don), and its ability to operate without any human input; though honestly most of their contention was more out of jealously that Chinese went live with full AI before they did. Some controversy was also raised that its primary weapon appeared to be reengineered UK Spear cruise missiles armed with what the Chinese called "very clean" near-nuclear warheads.

Powered by a hybrid Prop-VTOL system, the Jing is not overly fast but is capable of water or carrier takeoff/landing, as well as just using its prop to hydroplane across the surface of water as a light duty surface patrol vehicle.

Operations
Hoping it is human operated and not by in game AI. 😊
-AG 1: Raises/Lowers wing edges. Used for landing, hydroplaning (wings down)
-AG 2: Turns on/off VTOL. For full operation should be turned ON (yellow lights on top of vehicle indicate on). VTOL needs to be ON for take off as well.
-AG 3: Lights
-VTOL: full up for forward flight
-Trim: might need to trim down for full forward VTOL
-Cruise Missiles x4
-Torpedo x4 (for steady near water surface travel turn off VTOL, trim up)
-Countermeasures (within the regs for the challenge)
-30 mm Gatling Gun, designed for spread capabilities.
