Designed as a Carrier Task Force escort vessel and to provide fire support for forces inland. The Kongou-Class Battlecruisers are armed with 8x 14in EMBAL Guns mounted in Twin Turrets and 72 Quadruple Vertical Launch Systems. Powered by 3x B1R Fusion (Or Nuclear) Reactors providing 1100MW of power each. Capable of reaching a maximum speed of 38.5 Knots. The Kongou has a hanger capacity for 4x Helicopters.
