"Revolutionist"

No, he was built too late for the American Revolution, and the French one too. The Pi-3 gets its name from its turning capabilities, as it can perform endless revolutions around most opponents!

Now here

is a fighter based on naval planes- specifically the F2H- as opposed to the preceding FSF aircraft who draw their inspiration from land-based planes. Unfortunately, the Pi-3 lacks folding wings, but that is really the only area of concern. It has decent armor, and it's a fair speed for an FSF aircraft, but its turn time and cannons are what you'll wanna look at. It turns quite quickly due to a light airframe, and its 30mm cannons wreak havoc on anything they touch. They're so powerful, in fact, that you can actually see them recoil!

Trivia

-The Pi-3V-14 effectively claims its spot as the 5th built FSF plane.
-Look closely at its designation, and you'll realize that the number-letter-variant designation of the Revolutionist is a sneaky reference to Pi: 3.14.
-For that matter, I almost named it the "Encircler," but Revolutionist sounded better, plus it makes more sense since the Pi-3V-14 is based on American aircraft.
