BVP M-67 - built for AI

Special thank you to 11qazxc for the AI roaming feature!
Another thank you to SenSkysh for the turret autoaim code.

This IFV is made specifically for AI usage. The part count is only 150 parts, meaning that it is very mobile-friendly. Its main feature is that it can roam in a certain territory without falling into the water - something SP artificial intelligence struggles with most of the time. The code can be modified to make it able to roam in other places, but the code in this particular build makes it work well on Bandit Airport. All credits for the aforementioned code go to 11qazxc.

Yugoslav infantry fighting vehicle of the Cold War era. Produced from 1967 to 1982, it was used by the Yugoslav Ground Forces up until the 1990s, when it was phased out by the superior and more modern BVP M-80. It also was exported to other states around the globe.

ARMAMENT:

20mm M-55 autocannon.

Rate of fire: 300 rounds/min
Muzzle velocity: 1000 m/s
Ammunition: AP
Ammunition count: 500 rounds

The M-67 is armed with a 20mm automatic cannon. The cannon in-game has working spread. The gun goes on a cooldown sequence after five rounds are fired, which lasts for roughly five seconds.

M-68 ATGM

The secondary armament of the M-67 is a small, domestically produced M-68 ATGM. Its damage is inconsistent: it can either one-shot your vehicle or do negligible harm. The missile also acts as a way for the AI to start using the cannon. The range is rather short at 1.5 km, so you will have to get close to the IFV to make it attack you.

The IFV also has an coaxially mounted anti-infantry machine gun, however it is purely for decoration in-game, and does not work.

ARMOR:

The vehicle has rather thin armor, the thickest of it being 20 mm on the front of the hull and the entirety of the turret. The sides and rear of the hull are 12 mm thick. In addition to the naked armor protection, the hull is also covered by 10 mm armor plates, the front and the sides specifically.

The armor profile is fully functional against cannons in-game.

CONTROLS:

There are no controls for you, player. The vehicle is for AI usage. The only thing you can control is the throttle.

MOBILITY:

Top forward speed: 47 km/h (limited to 20 km/h)
Top reverse speed: 4 km/h

The BVP M-67 would have had a top speed of nearly 50 km/h, but for balancing purposes, in-game it is limited to 20 km/h.

    This is nice!
I really hope FT operated AI vehicles catch on. Nice design, too

You need to rotate cockpit to make use of coaxial minigun. It's possbible and actually shorter than autoaim you currently use (pd controller for local-space x,y target position), but it will work either for gun or for cannon.

    Mouais...
